INSIDE SALES REPRESENTATIVE
Summary: Whether you are speaking with an existing or a potential customer, you are charged with introducing and educating them on services that best benefit their needs and enrolling them in those services. You will also partner with Outside Sales by generating leads and appointments through your telephone conversations. A successful Inside Sales Representative works on many of the lead-generating programs that are created by the corporate Inside Sales Department. You will be coached and supported by regional training managers. Furthermore, your data entry skills enable you to document your interactions and call activity with each customer in our customer relations management system. In addition to making outbound calls, you will support the administrative team by answering inbound calls for scheduling, billing, or problem resolution.
Schedule: 40 hour (minimum) work week
Education: High School Diploma or GED
Experience: Previous customer service experience preferred; basic computer skills

SCHEDULER
Summary: Schedulers will utilize CRM software to schedule routes from a job pool, incoming calls, and coordinate for each individual technician and region. Whether you are speaking with an existing or a potential customer, you are charged with introducing and educating them on services that best benefit their needs and enrolling them in those services. Must have ability to perform administrative duties successfully such as data entry skills, updating customer accounts proficiently, and communicating with customers in a timely manner to advise on schedule related items. In addition to making outbound calls, you will support the administrative team by answering inbound calls for scheduling, billing, or problem resolution.
Schedule: 40 hour (minimum) work week

PEST CONTROL SERVICE TECHNICIAN
Summary: Create peace of mind for homeowners and businesses by creating pest-free environments.
Supervisor: Production Manager
Schedule: 40 to 50 hours per week on a flexible schedule between 6 AM and 5:30 PM, Mon-Fri,
w/ occasional Saturdays.
Overtime: Up to 20 hours of overtime in a week may be required based on seasonal business needs.
Type: Nonexempt (hourly)
Education: High School Diploma or GED
Experience: Pest control not required (paid training provided)Íž must have 2 years general work experience
Credentials: Must have or obtain required WSDA licenses
